Qualifications:
• 10+ years of progressive benefits leadership experience PREFERRED
• Recent experience in a large healthcare system, hospital, or academic medical center
• Expertise managing complex self-funded and fully insured benefit plans
• Strong knowledge of benefits compliance and regulatory requirements
• Experience with Workday and benefits administration systems preferred
• CEBS, SHRM-SCP, or SPHR certification is a plus
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the administration and strategy for health & welfare, retirement, leave, and wellness programs
• Manage relationships with brokers, carriers, TPAs, and other benefits vendors
• Ensure compliance with ERISA, ACA, HIPAA, COBRA, FMLA, and other applicable regulations
• Analyze benefits data, costs, and trends to support strategic decision-making
• Partner with HR, Finance, Payroll, and executive leadership
• Support open enrollment and ongoing benefits initiatives, as applicable
