Interim Human Resource Manager

We are seeking an Interim HR Manager for a client in Winston-Salem to support both tactical and strategic day-to-day HR functions. This role will be a 5-month contract with potential to extend or convert to a permanent role paying $40-50/hr. Hours for this role are M-F 8-5, fully onsite. 3-5 years of experience in an HR Business Partner or HR Manager capacity required to be eligible for this role!

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee full-cycle recruitment and onboarding processes

• Provide guidance and coaching on employee relations issues

• Support performance management, training, and employee development

• Administer HR policies, benefits, and compliance programs

• Lead employee engagement and retention initiatives

• Identify areas for improvement and increased efficiencies

• Partner with leadership on strategic goals and organizational initiatives

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred

• 3-5 years in HR leadership required

• Excellent communication, leadership, and conflict-resolution skills

• Compensation, benefits, and mergers & acquisitions experience a plus

Pay Details: $40.00 to $50.00 per hour
