Interim LTC Nurse Supervisor Needed in Aberdeen, South Dakota!

The Position

  • An Interim LTC Nurse Supervisor is needed to provide clinical leadership and operational oversight for a long-term care environment.
  • Reporting to the Administrator, this leader will oversee nursing operations and support frontline clinical staff.
  • Key responsibilities include supervising nursing personnel, ensuring regulatory compliance, maintaining quality resident care standards, supporting staffing operations, and fostering a positive, patient-focused care environment.
  • The ideal candidate will have strong long-term care leadership experience, a proven ability to lead nursing teams, and expertise in regulatory compliance and quality improvement. Must be highly organized, patient-focused, and able to adapt quickly to changing needs. Excellent communication skills will be critical.
  • Must be available to start within 2-3 weeks of acceptance.

Requirements

  • ASN required; BSN preferred.
  • Active RN license required.
  • Minimum of three years of nursing leadership experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, or post-acute care settings required.

Compensation Details

  • Compensation Range: $130,000 to $140,000 annually.
  • The final compensation rate will be determined based on experience, education, training, location, internal equity, and budget considerations, in accordance with Fair Market Value evaluation. Additionally, some candidates may be eligible for a comprehensive benefits package, depending on the specific role, including but not limited to health insurance coverage and retirement benefits.
  • The listed base compensation range represents a good faith estimate of potential earnings at the time of this job posting and may be subject to future adjustments.
