Interim Manager, Case Management Needed in Banning, California!
The Position
An Interim Manager, Case Management is needed to provide leadership and oversight for case management operations.
Key responsibilities include leading case management activities, supporting patient care coordination and discharge planning, promoting efficient resource utilization, and ensuring departmental practices align with organizational standards and patient needs.
The ideal candidate will have strong case management leadership experience in a healthcare setting, with the ability to effectively manage priorities, workflows, and interdisciplinary collaboration. Must be highly organized, patient-focused, and able to adapt quickly to changing needs. Excellent communication skills will be critical.
Must be available to start within 2-3 weeks of acceptance.
Requirements
Bachelors degree required.
Active California RN license required.
Previous case management experience and demonstrated healthcare leadership experience required.

Compensation Details
Compensation Range: $160,000 to $170,000 annually.
The final compensation rate will be determined based on experience, education, training, location, internal equity, and budget considerations, in accordance with Fair Market Value evaluation. Additionally, some candidates may be eligible for a comprehensive benefits package, depending on the specific role, including but not limited to health insurance coverage and retirement benefits.
The listed base compensation range represents a good faith estimate of potential earnings at the time of this job posting and may be subject to future adjustments.
