Job Description

Interim Manager of Case Management

This role will handle the daily operational responsibilities of the Case Management Department.  Reports to the Director of Case Management.  Oversee 18 full-time case managers, two of whom are lead case managers.  

Requirements:
  • Must have an RN license in MD 
  • CCM or ACM certification preferred 
  • Bachelor's degree required, Master's strongly preferred.
  • Must have leadership experience
  • Must have case management experience 

12-week need (with possibility of extension)
