Interim Nurse Case Manager

Position:

Join a respected California healthcare organization as an Interim Nurse Case Manager, where you will play a pivotal role in supporting members through thoughtful, data-driven case management. Under general supervision, you will assess, develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans to ensure care is delivered at the most appropriate level and duration—always aligned with regulatory, contractual, and organizational standards. This role involves complex, varied responsibilities requiring clinical insight, sound judgment, and the ability to work independently. You will collaborate closely with the Manager of Case Management and contribute meaningfully to patient outcomes through strategic coordination and advocacy.

Interim details:

• Basic knowledge of computers is required.
• Able to work remotely, required.
• 3–4-month Interim assignment position.
• Must be a current resident of California, required.

Qualifications:

• Required with a Bachelor’s degree in nursing,
• Unrestricted California Registered Nurse license, required.
• Certified Case Manager Certification, preferred.
• 3-5+ years clinical experience as a nurse in a hospital or clinic setting, required
• 3+ years of recent experience working in case management, utilization Management or discharge planning, required.
• Experience as a clinical nurse in a managed care setting, preferred.
• Experience working with Medi-Cal and/or Medicare populations is strongly preferred.

Salary: $55.00 per Hour
