Interim Revenue Operations Analyst

Our client, a software company, is seeking an Interim Revenue Operations Analyst to support its revenue operations and commercial teams during a period of increased business activity. 

This position is hybrid, with in-office expectations 3 days/week, in San Francisco, CA. This engagement has a duration of 8 months. 

Responsibilities:
  • Review customer agreements to ensure accurate deal structuring, pricing, and transaction processing
  • Support deal desk activities, including pricing analysis, deal reviews, and bookings validation
  • Partner with Sales and Customer Success teams to maintain accuracy throughout the sales cycle
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Legal, Billing, and Operations teams to facilitate efficient deal execution
  • Maintain data accuracy within CRM systems and support reporting, forecasting, and KPI tracking
  • Manage incoming operational requests and ensure timely resolution of issues
  • Assist with quarter-end deal reviews and revenue operations processes
  • Document and maintain policies, procedures, and best practices related to revenue operations and deal management

Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Deal Desk, Sales Operations, Revenue Accounting, or a related field
  • Experience reviewing contracts and supporting deal structuring within a software or subscription-based business
  • Strong understanding of pricing, bookings, quote-to-cash processes, and revenue-related concepts
  • Advanced proficiency with CRM platforms and Excel
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills
