Interim Senior Manager - Corporate Accounting & Financial Reporting

We are seeking an Interim Senior Manager - Corporate Accounting & Financial Reporting for our client to provide additional accounting leadership and support during a period of transition. This consultant will support corporate accounting, financial reporting, analysis, and cross-functional initiatives while helping maintain continuity and preparing the organization for an upcoming ERP initiative.

Attributes:

• Strong corporate accounting and financial reporting experience
• Senior Manager, Director, Assistant Controller, or similar-level experience preferred
• Support financial reporting, month-end close, reconciliations, and accounting analysis
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to investigate variances and identify root causes
• Experience preparing management, executive, and board-level reporting and presentation materials
• Partner closely across Accounting, FP&A, Finance, IT, and other business functions
• Ability to bridge gaps between departments and communicate effectively across the organization
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
• Hands-on, collaborative team player comfortable working within a changing environment
• Strong intellectual curiosity and ability to dig into accounting and business issues
• Finance transformation experience is a plus
• 10+ years of progressive accounting and financial reporting experience preferred
