The Red Bank Regional High School District is seeking qualified candidates for the position of Interim High School Supervisor of Special Services.

Qualifications:

• Valid New Jersey Supervisor Certificate or Certificate of Eligibility (CE).
• Valid New Jersey Teacher of Students with Disabilities and/or Special Education certification preferred.
• Master's degree from an accredited college or university.
• Demonstrated knowledge of special education laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.
• Experience in special education administration and program supervision preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with administrators, staff, parents, and outside agencies.

Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership and supervision for the district's high school special education programs and services.
• Ensure compliance with all federal and state special education regulations.
• Supervise and evaluate special education staff as assigned.
• Participate in Child Study Team meetings, IEP meetings, and other student support meetings as needed.
• Coordinate special education programming and related services.
• Collaborate with school administrators, teachers, parents, and community agencies to support student success.
