Talent Acquisition Coordinator

We are currently seeking candidates for an Interim Talent Acquisition Coordinator at a global asset management co. in Downtown Boston, MA, 02109.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of human resources/recruiting coordination experience.

This is a temporary role (est. 6 months with the possibility of extension) and will pay between $30.00-$35.00  per hour (based on relative work experience) within a 40-hour work week.

On-site 3 days per week.

Starts July 29th, 2026.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Coordinate the interview process, including scheduling in-person, video, and phone interviews for multiple recruiters and business hiring teams.
  • Conduct phone interviews to prescreen candidates and make recommendations to recruiters and hiring managers.
  • Ensure new hire paperwork is completed on time for necessary processing
  • Ensure all background, references and clearances have been completed

REQUIREMENTS
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Minimum of 2 years of human resources/recruiting coordination experience
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Exhibit high degree of initiative in managing multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Ability to work with frequent interruptions and adapt to changes in workflow
