Interim Unit Supervisor, Home Health Call Center Needed in Vallejo, CA!

The Position

• An Interim Unit Supervisor, Home Health Call Center is needed to provide leadership and oversight for a team of RNs supporting home health call center operations.
• This position is remote, but the leader must reside within two hours of Vallejo, CA, and will initially be onsite for approximately two weeks for training and setup.
• Key responsibilities include supervising RNs who manage home health calls, providing shift leadership and operational oversight, supporting efficient call center workflows, and ensuring the team delivers high-quality, patient-focused service. The leader will not be responsible for directly taking calls.
• The ideal candidate will have previous home health experience and demonstrated nursing leadership experience, preferably in a call center, telephone triage, or similar remote clinical environment. Must be highly organized, patient-focused, and able to adapt quickly to changing needs. Excellent communication skills will be critical.
• Must be available to start within 2-3 weeks of acceptance.

Requirements

• BSN required.
• Active RN license required.
• Home health experience is required, along with relevant nursing leadership experience.

Compensation Details

• Compensation Range: $140,000 to $150,000 annually.
• The final compensation rate will be determined based on experience, education, training, location, internal equity, and budget considerations, in accordance with Fair Market Value evaluation. Additionally, some candidates may be eligible for a comprehensive benefits package, depending on the specific role, including but not limited to health insurance coverage and retirement benefits.
• The listed base compensation range represents a good faith estimate of potential earnings at the time of this job posting and may be subject to future adjustments.
