Assist Project Managers with all phases of project delivery from preconstruction through closeout. Support budgeting, cost tracking, forecasting, and financial reporting efforts. Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, purchase orders, and project documentation. Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, consultants, subcontractors, and vendors. Assist with project scheduling and milestone tracking. Review construction drawings, specifications, and contract documents. Participate in project meetings and maintain meeting minutes and action items. Support procurement efforts and subcontractor buyout activities. Monitor project progress and help identify solutions to schedule, budget, and operational challenges. Coordinate material deliveries and project logistics. Assist with project closeout documentation, punch list management, and turnover activities. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, project teams, and trade partners.

1-4 years of experience as an Assistant Project Manager in commercial construction. Experience with commercial interiors, municipal, education, healthcare, or office construction projects preferred. Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and contracts. Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced construction environment. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
