Interior Superintendent

The Interior Superintendent will be responsible for:

• Managing all on-site construction activities from project start through completion.
• Coordinating subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel to maintain project schedules.
• Ensuring work is completed in accordance with project plans, specifications, and quality standards.
• Conducting regular site inspections to identify and resolve issues proactively.
• Enforcing all safety policies and maintaining compliance with OSHA regulations.
• Collaborating closely with project managers, architects, engineers, and clients.
• Tracking project progress and providing updates on schedule, manpower, and site challenges.
• Coordinating material deliveries and site logistics to maximize productivity.
• Leading subcontractor meetings and maintaining strong trade partner relationships.
• Ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to client expectations.

A successful Interior Superintendent should have:

• Experience serving as an Interior Superintendent on commercial construction projects.
• Membership in the Eastern Atlantic States Regional Council of Carpenters (EASRCC) is highly preferred.
• Candidates with 5+ years of carpentry or wood-frame ground-up construction experience will also be considered.
• Demonstrated ability to oversee multiple trades and manage complex project schedules.
• Strong understanding of interior construction methods, finishes, and quality control.
• Knowledge of construction safety standards and jobsite compliance requirements.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Experience working in occupied environments or tenant improvement projects is a plus.
