Position Overview:Rieke Interiors is seeking an Interior Designer to join our dynamic team of professionals. The ideal candidate should be a vibrant designer with 3-5 years of experience in commercial interior design. The Interior Designer will be responsible for taking the lead on small to medium sized projects or collaborating with a Sr. Designer on large projects. The Designer will work closely with clients to bring their visions to life. This role offers an opportunity to showcase your creativity and leadership skills while working in a supportive and innovative environment. This is an in-office position.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design Leadership: Take a leading role in designing and developing interiors concepts for commercial projects, ensuring that the design aligns with the client's objectives and brand identity.
2. Client Collaboration: Take a leading role in designing and developing interior concepts for commercial projects, ensuring that the designs align with client objectives and brand identity.
3. Product and Services Sales: Ability to sell your design concepts and product selection to clients with confidence and enthusiasm.
4. Communication: Excellent communication and presentation skills to articulate design ideas, collaborate with team members, and engage with clients and suppliers.
5. Project Management:Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, proactively managing timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project delivery.

1. Collaborative Teamwork: Collaborate with the internal Rieke teams, architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
2. Material and Product Selections: Research and select appropriate materials, finishes, and furnishings that meet the project's design and functional requirements.
3. Budget Management: Assist in developing and managing project budgets, making informed decisions to optimize cost-effectiveness.
4. Continued Education: Keep abreast of industry trends, innovations, and emerging technologies to bring fresh ideas and design solutions to projects.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in interior design at an accredited university
• A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in commercial interior design
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, & Adobe Creative Suite
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to articulate design ideas, collaborate with team members, and engage with clients and suppliers.
• Strong project management and organization skills
• Proficient in MS applications
