Job Details

Translates design concepts into functional schematic and detailed project plans alongside senior design leads. Supports full scope project execution, including spatial layouts, interior elevations, millwork drafting, finish selection, and furniture specification. This is a fully on-site position.

Key Qualifications

• Education & Credentials: Degree in Interior Design from an accredited program (licensure or professional registration is a plus).
• Experience Level: Mid-level (3–6 years within architecture or interior design environments).
• Software & Technical Proficiency: Fluent in Revit, 3D rendering tools, and graphic presentation software. Experience generating technical drawing sets and researching material specifications.
• Core Competencies: Solid grasp of design fundamentals (scale, lighting, texture, balance), strong attention to detail, and clear verbal and written communication.

Primary Responsibilities

• Project Support & Rendering: Build visual presentations, material sample boards, and slide decks to pitch concepts to project teams and prospective clients.
• Technical Documentation: Produce accurate construction drawings, reflect ceiling plans, and interior details while adhering to industry standards.
• Teamwork & Task Management: Coordinate effectively with cross-functional project teams, track deliverables independently, and quality-check drafting output prior to review.
