Seeking an experienced Senior Interior Designer to lead luxury residential and commercial projects from concept through installation.
Design fully customized spaces incorporating high-end finishes, architectural detailing, lighting, smart-home technology, and bespoke millwork.

Concept Development: Create detailed design concepts, mood boards, and space plans that align with client goals. Drive design standards and processes.
Technical Documentation: Produce high-quality drawings, including floor plans, elevations, and 3D models using AutoCAD, Revit, or SketchUp.
FF&E Selection: Source and select furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E), ensuring high standards of quality and style.
Project Management: Manage budgets, timelines, and vendor relationships to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope. Oversee junior designers. Coordinate with architects and construction teams.
Client Collaboration: Build and maintain strong client relationships through clear communication and professional presentations. Lead client presentations and design direction. Site visits during construction. Final styling/install coordination. Participate in business development or client acquisition

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or Architecture.
Experience: 3–5+ years of relevant experience in residential or commercial design. Experience with construction administration, specifically coordinating with architects, project managers, and trades preferred.
Software Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of construction methods, building codes, and material properties.
Certification: State registration or NCIDQ certification is highly preferred.
