Interior Designer

Interior Designer | The Hamptons 

We are seeking a talented, detail-oriented, and eager-to-grow Interior Designer to join our client’s team in the Hamptons. This role is ideal for a creative, detail-oriented professional with strong project management skills and a passion for designing elevated residential interiors. As an Interior Designer, you will collaborate with the team and be exposed to all elements of the design process, from client presentations and design updates to ordering and white-glove installation. Join a team and bring custom luxury projects to life, delivering beautiful, timeless spaces that reflect both function and style.
 

What You’ll Do

• Support the design process from concept through completion for high-end residential projects.
• Support in the development of design concepts, floor plans, elevations, and full FF&E specifications.
• Support with clients to understand their lifestyle, preferences, and vision.
• If needed, coordinate with architects, contractors, and consultants to ensure seamless execution.
• Source and select finishes, furnishings, lighting, and accessories with an eye for quality and detail.
• Support in the production of construction documents, shop drawings, and presentations.
• Conduct on-site visits to monitor installations, resolve issues, and ensure design integrity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.

• 2-3+ years of professional experience in luxury residential design, with a strong portfolio of completed work.

• Expertise in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office (Revit experience is a plus).

• Strong grasp of construction methods, detailing, and material application.

• Exceptional client communication and presentation skills.

• Proven ability to balance creative innovation with project management rigor.

• Familiarity with Hamptons and coastal residential styles is highly desirable.
