Manage interior construction projects ranging from $100K to $5M
Oversee multiple jobs simultaneously at various stages of completion
Lead projects from initial planning through closeout
Run OAC (Owner-Architect-Contractor) meetings and drive project communication
Review, approve, and manage change orders
Coordinate scheduling, budgets, and subcontractors to ensure timely delivery
Maintain strong client relationships throughout the project lifecycle
Deliver projects within aggressive 6-16 week timelines

Proven experience managing office or healthcare interior construction projects
Track record of successfully delivering projects from concept to completion
Experience handling change orders and project financials
Ability to lead OAC meetings and coordinate project stakeholders
Skilled in managing multiple concurrent projects
Proficiency with MS Office and Procore
Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Demonstrates integrity, curiosity, and a team-first mindset
Base salary up to $125K/130K
Annual discretionary bonus based on performance and tenure
$500/month car allowance
$100/month cell phone allowance
