Job Description

Lead day-to-day field operations on commercial interior and tenant improvement projects. Coordinate and supervise subcontractors to ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to quality standards. Drive project schedules and proactively identify solutions to keep projects on track and within budget. Partner closely with Project Managers throughout all phases of construction. Conduct site walks, monitor project progress, and maintain clear communication with all stakeholders. Enforce jobsite standards, project requirements, and company expectations. Build positive working relationships with clients, vendors, subcontractors, and project teams. Represent the company professionally both on and off the jobsite. Support project delivery efforts in a collaborative environment where team members contribute across multiple areas as needed.

The Successful Applicant

Required Qualifications:

• 2+ years of construction experience in a Superintendent, Assistant Superintendent, or field leadership capacity.
• Ability to effectively manage subcontractors and hold teams accountable to schedules and project expectations.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Self-motivated professional with a proactive, "can-do" attitude.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a small, entrepreneurial team environment.
• Must be local to the Charlotte, NC market.

Preferred Experience:

• Commercial interiors, tenant improvement, or upfit project experience.
• Experience overseeing projects in sectors such as corporate office, healthcare, hospitality, retail, restaurant, or similar commercial environments.
• Exposure to small commercial construction projects.
