Job Description
- Oversee daily interior construction activities from rough finishes through final completion
- Manage all interior trades including drywall, paint, flooring, millwork, cabinetry, countertops, doors, hardware, and finishes
- Coordinate subcontractors to maintain productivity and meet project milestones
- Conduct quality control inspections to ensure all work meets plans, specifications, and luxury finish standards
- Support schedule management, inspections, unit turnovers, punch list completion, and project closeout

The Successful Applicant
- Experience on multifamily, apartment, mixed-use, condominium, or residential construction projects
- Previous luxury high-rise experience preferred but not required
- Strong understanding of interior finish sequencing and quality control processes
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
- Experience coordinating multiple subcontractors in a fast-paced construction environment
- Knowledge of Procore or similar construction management software preferred
- OSHA 30 certification preferred
