Job Description
- Lead interior construction activities from preconstruction through completion
- Coordinate subcontractors and specialty trades on finish-intensive projects
- Ensure quality standards for luxury interiors and tenant improvements
- Monitor schedules, budgets, and project milestones
- Maintain strong communication with project teams and clients

The Successful Applicant
A successful Interior Superintendent - Luxury Retail & Interiors should have:
- Superintendent experience on high-end interiors, retail, or hospitality projects
- Strong understanding of finish work and quality control processes
- Ability to coordinate multiple trades within active project environments
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
