Job Description
- Assist with the daily oversight of interior construction activities on a luxury multifamily project
- Coordinate and manage subcontractor performance, productivity, and scheduling
- Oversee interior finishes and ensure work is completed to quality standards
- Conduct inspections to verify compliance with project plans and specifications
- Support project turnover, punch list completion, and closeout activities

The Successful Applicant
- Experience working on multifamily, apartment, mixed-use, or residential construction projects
- Understanding of interior finish sequencing, quality control, and project coordination
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
- Experience coordinating multiple trades and subcontractors simultaneously
- Knowledge of Procore or similar construction management software preferred
- OSHA 30 certification preferred but not required
- Luxury high-rise experience is highly desirable
