Haselden Construction is currently looking for a General Foreman – Commercial Framing and Drywall to join our team!  

Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage interior crews performing metal stud framing, drywall, door frames, gypsum assemblies, demolition, and related interior work.
  • Perform journeyman-level interior work as needed, including layout, framing, drywall, door frames, and gypsum assemblies.
  • Review plans, specifications, schedules, and safety requirements before work begins.
  • Plan crew size, manpower needs, materials, tools, equipment, and work sequences.
  • Perform and oversee layout of walls, ceilings, soffits, and other interior scopes from drawings and control lines.
  • Coordinate daily work with the Superintendent, Project Manager, subcontractors, and other trades.
  • Track production, quality, rework, extra work, and material needs.
  • Complete timecards, daily reports, photos, production updates, safety documentation, and Procore updates.
  • Lead jobsite safety expectations and ensure crews follow OSHA and Haselden safety requirements.
  • Train, mentor, and support foremen and crew members.
  • Maintain company-owned tools and equipment.

Job Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of commercial interiors, framing, drywall, or related field experience.
  • Experience leading and managing interior construction crews.
  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and project details.
  • Strong knowledge of metal stud framing, drywall, layout, door frames, and gypsum assemblies.
  • Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Office, or tablet-based construction software experience preferred.
  • Strong communication, planning, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to travel or temporarily relocate for out-of-town job assignments as needed.
  • Must provide required safety footwear and basic tools.
  • Must pass a background check and drug test (required)

Physical Requirements:

  • Must be able to perform physically demanding work in an active construction environment.
  • Frequently lifts, carries, pushes, and pulls materials up to 50 lbs.; may occasionally lift or move heavier materials with assistance.
  • Regularly stands, walks, bends, kneels, squats, climbs, reaches, and works for extended periods.
  • May work indoors, outdoors, at heights, on uneven surfaces, around equipment, and in varying weather conditions.
  • Must be able to wear required PPE and follow all jobsite safety requirements.

Pay:

Pay range for this position is $38.00-42.00 per hour. Pay is determined by knowledge and experience.
