Despite their success, they maintain a close-knit team environment where every employee has a direct impact on the company's future.Job DescriptionManage a portfolio of 5-10 concurrent commercial interior construction projects ranging from $1M to $10M in value. Oversee projects from turnover through closeout, ensuring schedule, budget, quality, and client expectations are achieved. Coordinate with clients, general contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel throughout the project lifecycle. Review drawings, specifications, contracts, and project documentation. Conduct project meetings and maintain strong communication with stakeholders. Strong background in interiors, carpentry, drywall, framing, ceilings, or related trades. Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously. Strong understanding of commercial construction processes and trade coordination. Ability to independently manage projects with little day-to-day supervision. Excellent communication, client management, and problem-solving skills.
