We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead interior-focused construction projects ranging from $500K to $5M from pre‑construction through closeout. With a commitment to professionalism, transparency, and strong relationships, the organization prides itself on a collaborative environment and long‑term team growth.DescriptionOversee full project lifecycle for interior construction projects ranging from $500K-$5M.Manage day‑to‑day coordination with General Contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders.Lead project planning including schedules, budgets, procurement, and change management.Utilize Procore for documentation, RFIs, submittals, daily reports, and progress tracking.Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, quality, and safety compliance.Maintain consistent communication with clients, ensuring expectations are clear and met.Review and approve invoices, pay applications, and cost controls.Prepare and deliver progress updates, project reports, and closeout documentation.
