Interiors Superintendent
Our client is a privately owned design-build construction firm with a strong reputation in commercial development, architecture, and general contracting. Oversee daily operations on construction sites, ensuring safety and compliance.
Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and team members to meet project deadlines.
Monitor and maintain project schedules and budgets.
Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality standards are met.
Resolve on-site issues and provide solutions to maintain workflow.
Manage and document project progress and report to stakeholders.
Enforce adherence to project plans, specifications, and safety regulations.
Collaborate with project managers to achieve successful project delivery.

A successful Interiors Superintendent should have:
2+ years of superintendent, field leadership, or construction management experience
Experience delivering interiors, tenant improvement, or commercial upfit projects preferred
Proven ability to hold subcontractors accountable and drive project schedules
Strong communication skills with a professional, team-oriented approach
Local to the Charlotte, NC market and able to travel to regional project sites
Salary: $70,000-$90,000 + vehicle allowance
$500/month vehicle allowance plus gas card
