Coordinate subcontractors, monitor productivity, and support schedule milestones. Manage interior finishes and ensure compliance with project specifications. Conduct quality inspections and facilitate resolution of deficiencies. Maintain project documentation, daily reports, and safety standards.The Successful ApplicantExperience delivering multifamily, apartment, mixed-use, or residential projects. Knowledge of interior finish sequencing and quality control processes. Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications. Experience coordinating multiple subcontractors in an active jobsite environment. OSHA 30 certification and Procore experience preferred.What's On OfferSalary: $110,000 - $130,000 + bonus Opportunity to work for a vertically integrated developer-builder with direct project ownership.
