Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related analytical field or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of business systems analysis experience
- Experience mapping business processes and turning business needs into clear, actionable functional and system requirements
- Demonstrated success partnering with business teams, engineers, QA, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions
- Strong working knowledge of Agile and SDLC practices, including requirements documentation, change control, and delivery governance
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills with a track record of delivering accurate, detail-oriented work
- Ability to analyze and interpret data, then communicate insights clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
Preferred Qualifications
- 5+ years of business systems analysis experience supporting client-facing applications
- Prior hands-on development experience, including having worked directly with databases and data-driven applications
- Proficient in SQL, including writing complex queries, data manipulation, and troubleshooting database issues
- Experience collaborating with technical teams to elicit requirements
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques, such as SQL, Excel, or BI platforms
