Job Description:

Our client is a full-service architecture and design firm in New York with a team of 50+ designers. The firm works on projects ranging from interior spaces to buildings and neighborhoods across North America.

We are seeking an Intermediate Design Architect with 6+ years of professional experience. This is a full-time, in-office role. The position involves supporting project teams in design development, presentation materials, and maintaining design integrity across all phases of work. The role requires strong design skills, technical proficiency, and the ability to collaborate with project teams and principals.

The requirements of the role are:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or Interior Design
Minimum of 6+ years of post-graduate experience in an architecture or interior design office
Strong design skills and technical execution
Proficiency in Rhino, V-Ray, and Enscape; familiarity with AutoCAD, Revit, InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Bluebeam, and 3D Max a plus
Strong graphic, written, and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Experience in developing presentations and collaborating with clients and consultants
Sketching and perspective drawing skills a plus
