Intermediate Interior Designer (Residential) - San AntonioLake Flato Architects seeks a sharp and versatile Interior Designer to join our residential studio in San Antonio, Texas. Ideal candidates will exhibit a commitment to rigor and demonstrate experience working collaboratively with architects, consultants, fabricators, and showrooms in the execution of high-end residential work. Successful candidates should have a minimum of 4 years of experience working on high-crafted residential projects. Job Description:The designer will lead the production of project documentation and internal and external coordination including material and fixture schedules, furniture plans, furnishing drawings for pricing and construction, and finish specifications. The Interior Designer's focus will be on selection, design, and procurement of custom furnishings. This position will lead the production of client-facing presentations as well as managing the details related to furniture procurement: proposals, purchase orders, and invoices. The designer will work closely with senior interior and architectural designers to develop and execute our vision for thoughtful, crafted interiors.
