Description Prepare lessons that reflect accommodations for differences in learning styles in students. Present the subject matter according to guidelines established by the Texas Education Agency board policies and administrative regulations. Plan and use appropriate instructional and learning strategies, activities, materials, and equipment that reflect understanding of student learning styles.
Qualifications • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or its equivalent • Valid Texas teaching certificate with required endorsements • Must demonstrate competency in the core academic subject area assigned and teaching methods to be applied • Must demonstrate ability to instruct students and manage their behavior • Must demonstrate strong supervisory, organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
