With in-house Civil, Structural, Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing and Fire Protection Engineering, all aspects of a project can be designed and managed by one firm.

Description:
Urgent need for an Intermediate-level Mechanical Engineer to design and prepare specifications for HVAC systems and other building related mechanical equipment. Should have experience with commercial, multi-family, mixed-use and residential design.

Requirements:

• 4-7 years of experience developing designs and preparing specifications of HVAC systems and other building related mechanical equipment (plumbing, sprinklers, etc.)
• Prepare markups and changes for HVAC equipment.
• Assist in obtaining equipment specifications from equipment vendors.
• Attending meetings, preparing meeting minutes, conducting site visits, and field inspections as required.
• Prepare all construction drawings and reports.
• Proficient with AutoCAD and/or Revit MEP

Education:
BS Mechanical Engineering
