We are a 4K-8th grade feeder district into Arrowhead Union High School (Hartland, WI) with two schools on one beautiful campus. We are navigating through a period of community growth and change, and are working on implementing our recent strategic plan. Both the District and Merton Intermediate School "Significantly Exceed Expectations" on the state's Report Cards. Merton is located in Waukesha County, approximately 25 miles west of Milwaukee and 55 miles east of Madison.
Merton Intermediate School is a vibrant school of approximately 340 students specifically designed to cater to the academic, social, and emotional development of learners ranging from fifth grade to eighth grade. Merton Intermediate is more than just a school; it''s an environment where we support our students both academically and socially as they begin adolescence. We have wonderful elective courses in the fine and performing arts, family and consumer education, and STEAM courses that utilize a wide arrangement of technology and tools. Merton Intermediate has amazing extracurricular activities, including sports, clubs, musicals, math competitions, and more.
