Intermediate Solder Assembler (2nd Shift)

Skilled solderers are needed for second shift (2:30 pm - 12:00 am) supporting electronics assembly and repair tasks involving PCBs and PCBAs.

• Use soldering irons for SMT and through-hole component attachment, rework, and repair.
• Interpret job instructions, wiring diagrams, and schematics to assemble electronics.
• Perform inspections to ensure IPC standards are met/exceeded.
• Coordinate pass-downs and modify assemblies as per specifications.
• Must pass an on-site soldering assessment to J-STD-001 standards.
• Require 2-3 years of electronics assembly/inspection experience, manual dexterity, and knowledge of ESD procedures.
• Preferred certifications include IPC-610, J-STD-001, and 7711/7721; experience with rework/repair and wire attach is a plus.
