Intern- Actuarial

What you'll be doing :

Church Mutual' s Internship program runs the day after Memorial Day through mid August, when students return to school. During the paid summer program you will learn key actuarial and insurance concepts and how they are applied at Church Mutual Group.

On any given day, you'll:

Do project work that will allow you to apply actuarial techniques and explain their methods, assumptions, and results working on a variety of projects. Actuarial interns will participate in insurance training, offsite visits, and internal discussions with senior leaders.

Here's what we expect:

• Pursuing Bachelor's degree in Math, Actuarial Science, Statistics, Data Analytics, or related field
• Preferred candidates will be entering Junior or Senior year status in Fall of 2027
• Interest in pursuing an actuarial or data analytics career upon graduation
• Ability to learn and apply knowledge of actuarial related work
• Works well in a team environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent analytical skills
• 3.0 GPA minimum
• Successful completion of an actuarial exam is preferred but not required.
