Who We Are: Associates in Medical Imaging (AIMI) specializes in providing comprehensive medical imaging solutions, including both mobile and fixed medical imaging environments. Right now, we are looking to hire a part-time Intern to join our team! The ideal candidate possesses a unique blend of strong interpersonal skills for candidate outreach and onboarding, alongside the analytical precision required for basic financial tracking and data entry. Being proactive in solving problems and eager to be part of a collaborative and growing team is a plus! Types of Things You'll Be Doing: As an Intern with AIMI, you will gain hands on experience working directly with our Human Resources and Accounting departments for our mobile and fixed imaging locations. You will also gain knowledge and skills by serving in the medical diagnostic imaging space that can be carried on into future employment opportunities or maybe a full-time position within our organization. Some of the work you'll be doing includes: • Working side by side with our internal recruiter and onboarding specialist to assist in daily tasks for our mobile and fixed imaging locations across all projects. • Assist in maintaining accurate internal employee records within our system. • Uploading and sending offer letters to new candidates through DocuSign. • Maintaining daily and monthly log tracking for all mobile projects. • Help manage DOT Transportation compliance for our drivers. What We'd Like From You: Ideally, you are a student currently pursuing a degree in HR, Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration who possesses a unique mix of strong communication skills and analytical precision. You should be highly organized, comfortable navigating spreadsheets, proficient in Microsoft Office Applications (like Excel, PowerPoint, OneDrive, SharePoint, Word, and Outlook), and capable of smoothly shifting between collaborative onboarding tasks and focused data entry. Because you will be working closely with sensitive personnel and financial records, absolute discretion and a high attention to detail are required.
