Intern who will support risk strategy, client service excellence, and operational accuracy.

This role will focus on risk management- broadly, client servicing, claims support, sales growth and collaborate with producers, account managers, carriers, clients, internal operations teams.

RESPONSIBILITIESWhat You'll Do / Your ImpactClient Partnership & Service Excellence- Learn commercial insurance workflows, coverages, client service processes, and industry best practices
- Support service teams while gaining exposure to client service activities and insurance operations
Operational & Compliance Excellence- Participate in structured training focused on agency systems, procedures, technology platforms, and operational standards
- Develop an understanding of documentation, workflows, and agency processes that support client success
Growth & Retention- Explore career opportunities within Property & Casualty and other business areas
- Develop communication, teamwork, problem-solving, and time management skills while working alongside experienced professionals
QUALIFICATIONSWhat You BringRequired- Current undergraduate student
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Preferred- Interest in insurance, risk management, business, finance, or related fields
- Previous internship, customer service, or professional experience
- Interest in obtaining an insurance license
