The Continuous Improvement Engineering Intern supports process optimization initiatives across our organization. The CI intern will collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze workflows, collect and interpret data, and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, quality, and cost performance. The CI intern will assist in facilitating improvement projects using Lean, Six Sigma, or other problem-solving methodologies while documenting findings and tracking measurable results. This internship offers hands-on experience in operational excellence, exposure to senior leadership, and the opportunity to contribute meaningful, data-driven improvements to real business processes.
