Provide support to the Corporate Accounts Payable team while experiencing the culture and activities of a large company's accounting department.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assist with supplier payment processes.
Review and approve expense reports.
Assist with annual 1099 filings.
Assist with departmental projects and other duties as may be assigned.
EDUCATION:
Working towards a degree in Accounting or Finance
EXPERIENCE:
Knowledge of computers: preferably Microsoft Office
COMPETENCIES - SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE/ABILITIES:
Accuracy/Attention to detail.
Good oral and written communication.
Ability to follow directions.
Willingness to learn new processes.
Knowledge of accounting practice and procedures.

Pay - $16 - $18/hourly
