Job Summary


We are seeking a detail-oriented, tech-savvy intern to support process improvement, proposal

development, and document organization through the use of AI-enabled tools. The ideal candidate

has a strong interest in business operations, writing, emerging technologies, and the utility sector,

and thrives in a fast-paced environment with real-world deadlines. This role offers hands-on

exposure to utility infrastructure and technology sales, providing a valuable understanding of the

end-to-end sales process while making a meaningful impact on how our organization operates and

communicates internally.




Key Responsibilities:



Process Support & Organization


  • Assist in documenting and organizing business processes and workflows
  • Help identify inefficiencies and assist in process improvements
  • Maintain organized files, folders, and internal documentation systems
  • Support creation of SOPs and process guidelines


AI & Automation Support


  • Use organization-approved AI tools (e.g., Microsoft CoPilot) to assist with editing and summarizing content
  • Help build and refine prompts, templates, and repeatable workflows
  • Test and implement simple automation ideas to improve efficiency



Formatting, Organization & Quality Control


  • Ensure documents are clean, consistent, and well-formatted
  • Apply standardized templates, styles, and layouts
  • Review documents for grammar, flow, and readability
  • Help maintain brand and formatting consistency across materials


Qualifications:

  • Currently pursing or recently completed a degree in Business, Journalism, or a related field
  • Strong writing and editing skills
  • Highly organized with a strong attention to detail
  • Interested in AI tools and process improvement
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 and Adobe


Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with Microsoft CoPilot or similar AI tools
  • Familiarity with document formatting (Word, Adobe, Excel, etc.)
  • Interest in operations, consulting, or business strategy
