This role plays an important part in maintaining data integrity and supporting advancement operations, including donor engagement, alumni outreach, and reporting efforts.Key ResponsibilitiesAccurately input, update, and maintain alumni and donor information in the Institutional Advancement database.Review data for completeness, consistency, and accuracy.Assist with organizing digital and physical files related to alumni and donor records.Support basic reporting projects by compiling and verifying data as requested.Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive donor and alumni information with discretion.Provide general administrative support to the Institutional Advancement Office as needed.DurationThis internship is expected to last approximately 8-12 weeks or one academic semester, with flexibility based on performance and departmental needs.Compensation$16 per hourWeekly HoursApproximately 10-15 hours per week, with flexibility based on the intern's availability and departmental workload.QualificationsStrong attention to detail and accuracyBasic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)Ability to manage confidential information responsiblyStrong organizational skillsAbility to work independently and meet deadlinesInterest in nonprofit, fundraising, higher education, or institutional advancement preferred#J-18808-Ljbffr
