You will rotate through various departments learning warehouse operations, logistics, account management, purchasing, operations management, outside sales, and more. Through a combination of mentoring and on-the-job training, you will have the unique opportunity to gain exposure to all aspects of the solar supply chain and network with other key players in the industry.Reports to: Profit Center ManagerMinimum Qualifications:+ Must be at least 18 years of age+ Current, valid driver's license with acceptable driving record+ Authorization to work in the United States (without requiring work authorization sponsorship now or in the future)+ Must be a self-starter with stellar time management and organizational skills+ Enjoys both collaborating with teams and independent workPreferred Qualifications:+ In your Junior or Senior year of college+ Customer Service experience+ Detail-oriented with a knack for process improvement+ Interest in critical thinking and solving complex problems+ Must be a self-starter who enjoys wearing multiple hatsWorking Conditions:Conditions vary based on the intern's current segment of the training and will include warehouse, office and external environments.
