    How you''ll help us Keep Climbing (overview & key responsibilities)

    As part of the Value Prop Team, you will play a pivotal role in evaluating and optimizing our team dynamics to enhance overall performance. This comprehensive initiative focuses on analyzing team well-being and performance, identifying trends, and recommending improvements to ensure alignment with our strategic objectives. Your work will directly contribute to maximizing productivity and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

    Work with a team of professionals on multiple projects to:

    • Measure and analyze team performance and identify patterns for further investigation
    • Implement project management skills and practices
    • Collaborate across business units with various stakeholders in a professional setting
    • Provide feedback to improve team workflows, team effectiveness and evaluate their impact
    • Participate in data collection efforts impacting cross-functional departments
    • Identify and implement improvements to existing processes to increase efficiency and productivity

    What you need to succeed (minimum qualifications)

    • Undergraduate students pursuing a bachelor's degree in business administration, Aviation Management, Operations Management, Analytics, Statistics, or a related field
    • Must be available for the duration of the internship program
    • Must be enrolled in an accredited college or university while participating in the program
    • Ability to present oneself professionally and effectively communicate with various levels of leadership
    • Team-oriented with a focus on continuous improvement methodologies
    • Strong organizational, project management, and verbal/written communication skills
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint
    • Proficiency in basic data analytics
    • Willingness and ability to learn new skills
    • Embraces diverse people, thinking, and styles
    • Consistently prioritizes safety and security of self, others, and personal data
    • Possesses a high school diploma, GED, or high school equivalency
    • Is at least 18 years of age and authorized to work in the United States

    What will give you a competitive edge (preferred qualifications)

    • Ability to digest data and briefly explain insights to support decision making

    • Comfortable working in both group and individual settings

    • Track record of seeking leadership roles in student and community organizations

    • Ability to develop effective presentations to explain background, analysis, results, and recommendations efficiently

    • Desire to learn leadership techniques and best practices in problem-solving and conflict resolution

    • Interest in learning more about the airline industry and Delta as a company Key Stakeholders and Cross-Functional Partners:

    • Thoughtful solutions for high-impact challenges
