Intern – DOT Engineering Content Management
The intern will support the Engineering Content Management Operations & Traffic Team by assisting with customer support, workflow coordination, and data validation for the NCDOT Permits Site. Responsibilities include responding to inquiries in the Permits Support Inbox, directing customers to guidance materials, preparing manual reports, submitting ServiceNow requests, maintaining the Teams Permits Planner, distributing sprint summaries, updating permit request items, and validating Archive Log BI entries to ensure data accuracy across environments.
