Responsibilities:

Job Purpose and Responsibilities

• Rotation between fixed income product desks including but not limited to US treasuries, agencies, corporate bonds, municipal bonds, and securitized non agency products
• Shadow senior revenue producing institutional salespeople and traders
• Perform ad hoc tasks such as collecting trade volume data, conducting dealer inventory analysis and prospect research for new institutional clients
• Receive training on a Bloomberg Terminal as week as visit the Bloomberg Headquarters to be Further educated on terminal capabilities
• Conduct product analysis within fixed income products and highlight trade ideas to trading desk
• Participate in company wide network events such as lunch and learns across StoneX’s global leaders

Early Careers Requirements

 

Pursuing a bachelor’s degree from an accredited university in a relevant program and graduating between December 2027 and August 2028 (entering penultimate year of university)

Available for a June 2027 start date for an 8 – 10-week program

Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (preferably Excel)

Must be authorized to work in the US for any employer

 

 

Hiring Salary Range $24-$40/hr (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities of the applicant, internal equity and alignment with market data.)   Subject to business performance and recommendations of management, this role may be eligible to participate in an incentive compensation plan.  This compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position, is offered.
