The Human Resources Intern will support the HR team with day-to-day recruiting and talent acquisition activities, with a primary focus on candidate coordination and communication. This role provides hands-on HR experience in a professional manufacturing environment.

This position is intended for a student currently enrolled in an undergraduate program with a Human Resources or closely related focus and interested in building foundational recruiting experience.

Responsibilities of Position:
\n
\n
Support recruiting activities from application review through interview scheduling, candidate follow-up, and recruiting documentation.
\n
Conduct initial phone screens using approved recruiting guidelines and document candidate information accurately.
\n
Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring teams; communicate interview details, changes, and next steps promptly.
\n
Assist with job postings, applicant tracking, recruiting events, campus outreach, and other talent acquisition activities as assigned.
\n
Communicate professionally with candidates and provide general HR administrative support or special-project assistance as needed.
\n

Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional, service-oriented approach to candidate and employee interactions.
\n
Organized, detail-oriented, dependable, and able to manage multiple recruiting activities and schedules while maintaining confidentiality.

Education and Experience Requirements:
\n
\n
MUST be currently enrolled in an undergraduate degree program with a Human Resources, Human Resources Management, Business, or closely related HR-focused field.
\n
Previous HR, recruiting, customer service, campus leadership, or administrative experience is preferred but not required.
\n

Physical Requirements:

\n
Ability to perform routine office/computer work, including sitting, keyboarding, and communicating by phone or in person.

Working Conditions:

\n
Hybrid work schedule: onsite Monday through Thursday and remote on Friday
\n
Occasionally lifts and carries up to 10 pounds.
\n
Primarily an office-based environment with regular interaction with candidates, employees, and HR team members. Work may include participation in recruiting events or campus activities as assigned.
