2026 Summer Corporate Intern - HR Marketing, Communication, Business

The student intern should expect to learn multiple facets of management related processes in a large public company. This may include but not limited to the participating in different meetings with internal and external customers, learning and understanding various parts of our business functions and learning a variety of different systems and tools necessary to complete daily tasks.

• Understand the overall concept of the company, including the brand, customer, product goals, and all other aspects of service;
• Rotate through our divisions of responsibility and provides ideas to grow and improve the business;
• Adapt to working with different sets of people and in different departments;
• Spend time observing experience staff of the organization to learn about the necessary methods and procedures;
• Communicate with various members of the organization throughout the company;
• Accept designated, business-focus projects to research, propose ideas and solutions, and present final project during the internship;
• Provide suggestions to management for improving customer service and internal processes;
• Support managers with various tasks.
• Business related major; Management preferred.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Software (Excel, Word, PowerPoint);
• Problem solving skills and analytical thinking;
• Ability to work independently and contribute to a team environment;
• Good interpersonal and communication skills as you will interact with the staff of different departments on a regular basis;
• Adaptive learner and have a desire to gain knowledge;
• Strong ability to multi-task;
• Resourceful and well organized;
• Possess a professional and positive attitude;
• Attention to detail.
