What You'll Do

• Manage ongoing relationships with influencers/creators, ensuring monthly campaigns remain active and on track
• Coordinate end-to-end influencer campaign execution, including contracts, content approvals, and ensuring creators go live on time and on brief
• Keep an updated, accurate record of campaign progress, contracts, and live activities across internal tracking systems
• Manage product deliveries and proactively communicate timelines with creators to ensure smooth coordination
• Support tracking of influencer performance dashboards, identify what's working, and flag clear "invest" or "pause" recommendations to the wider team
• Participate in key business development rotations across CRM, Influencer Marketing (IM), Partnerships, and Promotions, owning tracking and alignment to ensure nothing slips between teams

Who You Are

• Currently an undergraduate college student taking a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
• Has 12 academic units or less in the current semester or upcoming semester.
• Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail, especially when managing multiple contracts and campaign timelines simultaneously
• Comfortable working with data and tracking tools (spreadsheets, dashboards) to monitor performance and flag insights
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to liaise professionally with external creators/influencers
• A proactive, self-starter mindset - able to manage logistics and follow through without heavy supervision
• Interest in influencer marketing, social media trends, and the creator economy
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and adapt to shifting priorities across multiple teams (CRM, IM, Partnerships, Promotions)
• Prior experience or coursework in influencer marketing, PR, or brand partnerships is a plus but not required
