Welcome to Parker Industrial Process Filtration!

The Parker Industrial Process Filtration Division (IPF) brings together over a hundred years of expertise in filtration and separation products. With safety and innovative solutions at the forefront of our designs, we provide a complete breadth of code stamped filter vessels and filter cartridges under the PECO product line servicing the upstream, midstream and downstream markets. From chemicals, water, inks, paints, coatings, and any general fluid application in between, we provide a variety of Parker pleated and depth filters to fit industrial application needs.

The IPF Division is part of the Parker Filtration Group and consists of locations in Texas, California and North Carolina.

The position assists the IT Team by providing technical support for team members requesting assistance into the IT Help Desk to increase computer user and system efficient. Diagnoses, identifies, and isolates basic hardware and software problems.

With direct supervision, you will learn and perform the various aspects of the IT function by:

  • Familiarity with reports using POWER BI, I/O office tools (Excel).
  • Basic to medium knowledge of excel (Vlookups, macros, etc).
  • Help desk support
  • Perform initial setup of new computers and/or upgrades (aging inventory)
  • Troubleshoot PC issues
  • Troubleshoot application issues
  • Install infrastructure hardware, as needed, including network cables
  • Backup for other IT functions
  • Other special IT projects as assigned
  • Being enrolled in a Bachelor's or advanced degree program in a related IT field such as: Computer Sciences or Newtok Admin
  • Ability to work effectively in a variety of engineering and manufacturing assignments.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with others and be a participative team member.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and CAD applications

Physical Demands

Bend, stoop, walk, kneel, crouch, carry and climb.

Frequently, lift and/or move 1 to 20 pounds, and occasionally, up to 50 pounds.

Work from elevated platforms and/or ladders
