Job Summary

Expand Energy Corporation is interviewing for summer of 2027 internship positions in our IT Department. Qualified candidates will be working toward a degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Management Information Systems, Information Technologies, Cybersecurity, or similar program. Successful candidates will work in a dynamic environment and complete entry-level tasks such as report writing, software development, data analysis, platform administration, and endpoint management.

Job Duties & Responsibilities

• Assist team members in all areas of IT (development, security, asset management, operations, and more)
• Collaborate with IT team members
• Maintain knowledge of available technologies
• Develop and manage effective working relationships with other groups

Job Specific Skills

• Strong organization skills and attention to detail
• Strong initiative and solid judgment skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Able to effectively manage time and prioritize projects to meet established deadlines
• Demonstrated ability with scripting or programming languages such as SQL, Python, JavaScript, or other object-oriented languages; able to learn company-specific applications
• Able to work and communicate effectively with all levels of co-workers, clients, and other external contacts
• Ability to formulate and communicate new cost-effective concepts or ideas to leadership

Education

• Minimum: Pursing a degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Management Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or similar degree program (undergraduate)
• Minimum: Other - Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher on a 4.0 scale
• Preferred: Current Sophomore or Junior
